I really love all the resources I’ve found from Kara Jacobs, and I also got to learn more about Arianne Dowd teaching Coco when I went to iFLT this year so I rely heavily on what they have shared.

My favorite part of this unit, that I’ve now been doing for 5 years, is having students make their very own shoebox ofrendas. I was inspired by this video. Check out my guidelines for the project here, and also a screenshot of a piece of a newsletter that I send to parents.
